2 Years of Coaching Experience

Must have at least 2 years of coaching experience at a course or range. PGA, LPGA member or apprentice status preferred.

6 Steps to Becoming a True Swing Coach

Step 1 | Explore

Learn about the Program, watch a preview of the training platform, see the criteria for coaching levels and pricing.

Step 2 | Apply

Submit your application to join the True Swing certification program.

Step 3 | Training

Work through our comprehensive education modules and receive feedback from Erika and the team.

Step 4 | Skills Testing

You’ll be evaluated on your coaching skills and knowledge to endure you are well versed in applying the proprietary True Swing methodology.  You’ll complete the online test and sample video lessons for final review.

Step 5 | Joining the team

Once certified, you’ll become a Level 1 True Swing Coach and unlock access to our exclusive resources, coaching assets, marketing support and student database, and much more.

Step 6 | Upgrade

Take your certification to the next level! Continue your education and training to host signature retreats, become a Level 2 Travel Coach, and paid content contributor.

Level 2
  • Revenue from content featured and sold on True Swing website (50% net rev share)
  • Eligible to be hired as “travel coach” for True Swing Retreat at $1,200 per full day plus travel stipend)
  • Host your own retreats as a Lead Coach with set pricing (70% gross rev share to coach) *Coach is responsible for all onsite retreat expenses.
  • Retreat Revenue example:
  • 6 golfers * $1,900/golfer = $11,400 gross revenue
  • -30% True Swing commission + student swag fees
  • $150 per student = $7,080 coach net revenue
  • -$300 per student average onsite expenses
  • $5,280 total coach revenue/ per 6-person event
