Join us for True Swing Express: One-Day Pendulum to Pivot Golf School, an immersive, small-group experience led by Certified True Swing Coach Mo Gesualdi and Coach Matt Sheehan.

This one-day Express takes place October 8, 2026, from 9:00am–4:00pm at St. Johns Golf & Country Club in St. Augustine, Florida, and is designed for recreational golfers who want lasting confidence, consistency, and a swing that finally feels natural—from putting through irons.

Throughout the day, you’ll work through the True Swing method from the ground up starting with the foundational pendulum motion and building into fully connected swings.

Whether its putting, chipping, pitching, and iron play, you’ll focus on rhythm, balance, and efficient body movement in a progressive, feel-based format that replaces tension and overthinking with clarity and confidence. You’ll leave with practical drills, a clear understanding of how your swing works, and a repeatable motion you can trust immediately on the course.

We’ll open the day by helping you feel what’s been missing, not by adding more swing thoughts, but by stripping them away. You’ll begin moving with balance, freedom, and flow, guided by the natural mechanics your body already knows.

Master the Pendulum: Small Swings, Big Results

Learn the foundation of the True Swing method through putting using a simple pendulum motion powered by your torso, not your hands. You’ll leave this session with feel, rhythm, and a reliable putting stroke you can trust.

Pivot Your Pendulum: Build Short Game Power

We’ll add energy and rotation to your swing through body pivot and gentle wrist hinge, helping you connect your putting stroke to chips, pitches, and fuller swings with seamless efficiency.

Lunch + True Swing Check-Up

Enjoy a relaxed catered lunch with your group, plus schedule a complimentary Golf Live check-up to reinforce everything you've learned and keep progressing long after the retreat ends.

Full Pendulum Momentum: Pitching & Irons

Now it’s time to scale up. You’ll work through guided drills that connect ground force, sequencing, and natural hinge to create a repeatable, powerful swing, from wedges to irons and beyond.

Pendulum Power: Finish Strong

We’ll close the day with dynamic drills and setup adjustments that cement your new swing motion. You’ll learn to generate power without strain and walk away knowing exactly how to practice with purpose.

Meet Your Coaches

Monique GeSUALDI

Monique "Coach Mo" Gesualdi is an award-winning instructor, recognized as the 2025 North Florida PGA Youth Development Coach of the Year, the 2024 Troon Coach of the Year, and the recipient of several other honors for her leadership in player development. A former Division I golfer at Furman University, where she earned a full-ride scholarship and captured a career victory at the Furman Lady Paladin Invitational, Coach Mo has established a reputation for building one of the most comprehensive junior and adult development academies in the country. She is also the host of The Coach Mo Golf Show podcast, where she spotlights leaders in golf, instruction, and the business of growing the game.

What should I bring?

Please bring your club, comfortable golf attire, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. We’ll take care of the rest, including all practice equipment, coaching materials, and stations, so you can simply show up ready to learn and enjoy the experience.

What skill level is this for?

This experience is designed for beginner to intermediate golfers who want to improve their feel, consistency, and confidence, especially in the short game. 
No prior experience with the True Swing method is required. Whether you’re brand new to the game or returning after some time off, you’ll feel right at home.

What is the cancellation policy?

Payment in full is required to reserve your space.

  • More than 60 days before the retreat start date: Full refund available upon request.

  • 30–60 days before the retreat start date: No cash refund. A full credit toward a future True Swing retreat may be issued (valid for 12 months), or you may transfer your spot to another attendee.*

  • Within 30 days of the retreat start date: No refund or credit issued. You may transfer your spot to another attendee.*

    *Please note that the original registrant is responsible for finding a replacement within 60 days of the start date. True Swing is not responsible for filling the spot or assisting with this process.
